"Sizing feels really inconsistent"
I keep ordering the same size, but it fits differently almost every time. One shirt will be fine, then the next one feels tighter in the shoulders or weirdly loose around the waist. I even double-checked the tags while standing in my kitchen with coffee on the counter because I thought I ordered the wrong size, but nope. Annoying.

"Shipping used to feel more reasonable"
The pants were fine and the socks were good too, so I don’t really have any complaints about the actual items. I just felt like the shipping cost was a bit much this time. I remember it feeling more reasonable before, so it made the whole order feel less worth it. I’d probably buy again, but only if the delivery cost was cheaper.

I had a problem with my order and reached out to customer service, but it really didn’t feel like they were helping. The replies took forever, and half the time it seemed like they hadn’t even read what I wrote. I kept having to explain the same thing over and over, which got a little embarrassing, like I was being annoying just for trying to get it sorted out. Eventually I just gave up. Definitely not a great experience...

"Something felt off with these"
I’m not sure these are genuine. The labels looked a bit off to me, and then the email said one thing while the order/details seemed to say another, which just confused me more. Not really comfortable buying socks from here again.

I was annoyed after washing these just one time and seeing how badly they shrank. I used my usual laundry routine, but they came out way smaller and don’t fit right anymore. Not looking for an update or anything, just really disappointed they didn’t hold up.
"Probably not worth the price"
I ended up paying more than I thought I would for what are basic socks. They’re not bad or anything, just kind of average. I’ve definitely had cheaper pairs that seemed to hold up about the same, so I’m not totally convinced they’re worth the extra money.

"Gave them too many chances"
I ordered from Pants & Socks a few times. At first, it seemed fine. Nothing amazing, but fine enough that I came back. Then each order after that just felt a little worse. Slower updates. Less effort. Me checking in and getting the kind of replies that don’t really say anything.
I stayed loyal longer than I should have, honestly. I kept thinking maybe it was just one bad order, then another. But no. It never felt like repeat customers mattered much to them. No real help, no real reason to keep trying. I’m done now, won’t be ordering again

I don’t know, I was expecting this to feel way softer, but the fabric is actually rough. Like, I kept thinking maybe it would feel better after a minute, or maybe I was just being picky, but no, it’s just not comfy. Definitely not something I’d want to relax in.

I’ve been trying to use the site, but it’s confusing. Even finding basic stuff takes way more effort than it should. If it doesn’t get easier to navigate, I’ll probably just stop using it and go somewhere else.

The pants themselves are totally fine and I’d probably buy them again, but when I went to reorder my size was sold out in a few of the colours I wanted, which was frustrating because I already knew what fit me and just wanted to grab another pair without having to keep checking back.

"Tracking was a mess"
The tracking made absolutely no sense. It kept saying my parcel was still waiting to be shipped, and then it just showed up late with basically no updates in between. I had no clue where it was for days. When I contacted support, they just told me to check the tracking, which was literally the whole problem. Whoever runs this seriously needs to sort it out. I wouldn’t order again.

"Return was a hassle and refund took forever"
I ordered a few pairs and knew I’d probably keep some and send some back, so I wasn’t expecting it to be a big deal, the returns page looked straightforward at first but once I actually started the process it turned into way more of a faff than it needed to be.
I had to wait ages just to get replies and when they finally came through the instructions still weren’t very clear, so I ended up paying to send the items back and then just sat there hearing nothing for days, which was really frustrating because I had no idea if they’d even received it.
The refund took much longer than I expected and I had to chase it myself in the end, maybe other people have had a smoother experience but this put me off completely and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

I sent my order back and the refund took forever. To be fair, the timing probably couldn’t have been worse, but I still had to chase them up and the replies were slow. It was just frustrating all around, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I bought a pack of socks from pantsandsocks.com i’m regretting it. After just a few wears, the elastic already seems worn out and they keep sliding down throughout the day. They also feel kind of loose and baggy now, which is really frustrating. I was expecting them to hold up better, so this was disappointing.

I’d only use this option if your order actually came with the wrong stuff. That was the issue for me, and I was already kind of frustrated when I noticed the mix-up.

My order got here a little later than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but honestly, wait, the tracking did work the whole time, so at least I wasn’t totally guessing. Everything arrived in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much. It was okay overall, just maybe not the most reliable delivery experience.
